Responsibilities:?       Assigned Material strategy build up and management建立并发展管理所负责的物料的采购战略,并使之与集团的物料采购策略保持一致。?       Select supplier according to customer's demand and sourcing strategy.根据需求以及物料采购战略进行供应商的开发及选择?       Supplier audit and evaluating.供应商的审核以及评价?       Supplier management, including quality, costing and delivery management, supplier rating and performance review;供应商管理。包括但不限于针对供应商质量,成本以及交付等方面进行评价以及绩效管理;风险管理;供应商关系管理。?       RFQs, negotiations询价,商务谈判?       Contract Management合同管理?       Other tasks assigned by manager or supervisor其他经理或主管指派的工作任务Requirements:?       Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in Mechanical parts至少三年机械或相关行业询源采购经验?       Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering, Material or equivalent机械工程,材料或相关工科本科毕业?      Project management knowledge项目管理知识?      Project management application software会使用项目管理应用软件?      Team work and communication具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力?      Project quality management具备项目质量管理能力?      Products and services to be delivered具备能将产品和服务顺利交付的能力
